Power flooded into him, as he knelt beside the body on the ground. The body af a person who had been his former Master.
He had killed her!
He had managed it. Managed to kill a Jedi Master!
Just as his new Master had told him to do, ere Shan Ayslan came to know, on which path her always perfect Padawan had set foot of late.
It was done!

Power now ripped through him, the pain of this small ascencion and the realization made him scream.
From Joy!
From Anger!
From Hurt!
Shan Ayslan had been close to family for the Temple's orphan.

His new Master would pay for that too.
Soon enough, Jen'sai Malik would be powerful enough to kill the Other off.
That would be his apology to Ayslan! If nothing else!
